Gnocchi alla Cicoria

ingredienti:
1 package of fresh gnocchi
1 package of light stacchino
1/4 (like 1 cube) of frozen cicoria
1/4 avocado
burro
onion
aglio
a bit of milk
fresh hot pepper

The steps
Boil the whole package of cicoria
Cut avocado 

In a little pan slowly melt the butter add the finely sliced onion and fresh hot pepper and chopped garlic

When cicoria is ready put 1/4 cup in pan with onion

Boil gnocchi in pan of water with 1/2 a hot pepper just until they come to the surface

Add stacchino to the onion mixture to soften

Add gnocchi to stracchino and onion mixture

mix and add a swirl of oil and a pinch of salt and serve hot


Angie will eat the cicoria that was boiled with a bit of lemon and aceto balsamico di Modena :)

This can be served with a yummy salad of orange pieces, shaved carrot, rucola and almond slivers with a few drops of sesame oil, salt and sushi vinegar.
