
Thin Bovine fillets
-asiago cheese
-parmeggiano
-rucola
-bacon and onion already cooked
amounts depend on what you have in the fridge.
-salt and pepper plus hot and spicy fresh pepper
-other stuff like pickled peppers and pickled sweet mini onions if you want
Mix all the yummy stuff, put in centre of raw fillets that have been lightly salted
- fry for liek 1 minute on one side, turn, turn off heat so they don't overcook, and leave in hot pan
Serve and sprinkle a bit more salt on them when done.
