rice ball risotto without the ball


-In a large pan brown a bit of onion and thinly sliced flavourful meat with oil and salt
- Boil water to reconstiture sumo sun dried tomatoes

The secret to this recipe is to brown th meat then to combine it with the soaked sun dried tomatoes with a band blender....into a meaty paste with some milk, olive oil, parmeggiano and 1 chopped fresh mozzarella ball.

Add this mix to the cooked rice and continue cooking adding milk, and cheese and a bit of tomatoe sauce till creamy.
